You may register and maintain only one (1) account per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Multiple accounts created to abuse bonuses, circumvent limits, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
gbosky reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KTP/National ID, proof of address, payment method verification) at any time to confirm your eligibility and prevent fraud. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
To create a gbosky account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred payment method details. All information provided must match official identification documents.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

While playing with active bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply: typically Rp 50,000 per bet for slots and Rp 100,000 per bet for sports betting. Exceeding maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active may void the bonus and associated winnings.
Once wagering requirements are met, bonus funds convert to withdrawable balance. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply to winnings from certain bonuses (e.g., no-deposit bonuses, free spins). Any bonus winnings exceeding stated maximums will be deducted upon withdrawal processing.
All casino games offered by gbosky use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing agencies. Game outcomes are provably fair and cannot be manipulated by gbosky or players. Sports betting odds are determined by market conditions and may change in real-time during live betting.
Each game has minimum and maximum betting limits clearly displayed. gbosky reserves the right to adjust limits based on game type, account status, or special circumstances. High-stakes players may request increased limits by contacting VIP support.
In the event of obvious technical errors (incorrect odds, game malfunction, display error), gbosky reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. If an error results in overpayment to your account, you must notify gbosky immediately. Amounts paid in error must be returned and may be deducted from your account balance.

You may close your gbosky account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be processed as a withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any active wagering requirements. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gbosky is licensed and operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of gbosky Services, you agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation with our customer support team. Most issues can be resolved quickly through communication.
If direct negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association. Each party shall bear its own costs in any arbitration proceeding.
You agree to resolve disputes with gbosky on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring claims against gbosky as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and gbosky regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from gbosky. gbosky may assign or transfer its rights and obligations at any time without restriction.
gbosky's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing.
